DeepOcean Group has confirmed that DeepOcean Cable Lay and Trenching (DeepOcean CL&T) will split into two entities, creating DeepOcean Subsea Cables and a new division with a standalone brand for its seabed intervention and trenching business.
The separation is scheduled to be finalised within 2019.
The DeepOcean's new seabed trenching division will be headquartered at the Port of Blyth, UK.
