APM Terminals Poti (APMT) and Poti New Terminals Corporation (PNTC) have entered into an agreement for the joint development of a new bulk cargo facility on the northern side of Poti Sea Port in Georgia.

Pursuant to the agreement, APMT will invest in constructing a new breakwater and 400 metres of quay wall as well as dredging to a depth of 13.5 metres while PNTC will invest in building a new dry and bulk cargo facility including an extensive yard area and rail connection.
