Canadian firm Hemisphere GPS has launched its new A31 antenna, for use with the company's Crescent and Crescent Vector L1 receivers.
The A31 antenna provides improved 300 KHz Beacon and L‑Band (OmniSTAR) reception and excellent GPS L1 multi-path mitigation with superior noise rejection. The A31 is a multi-band (GPS L1, SBAS, L-Band and Beacon) precision antenna suitable for use with most precision receivers to maintain tracking of GPS and differential correction signals in high‑noise and interference environments. When used in conjunction with a Hemisphere GPS A21 antenna, A31 and A21 function as a matching heading sensor pair, which improves performance of the Hemisphere GPS VS Series Vector products. The A31 antenna maintains tracking of GPS and differential correction signals even in high electrical "noise" and interference environments.
