Russian shipbuilder Severnaya Verf recently held a keel-laying ceremony to mark the start of construction of a new Project 170701 freezer trawler ordered by local company Norebo Group.
The vessel, which will sail under the name Kapitan Abakumov, will be equipped for both bottom and pelagic trawling of cod.
Kapitan Abakumov will be the fifth Project 170701 trawler to be delivered to Norebo.
