Admiralty Shipyards lays keel of third Project ST192 trawler for RRPK

Admiralty Shipyards has laid the keel of a new Project ST192 freezer trawler ordered by the Russian Fishery Company (RRPK).

The vessel, named Mekhanik Sizov, will be the third of six Project ST192 trawlers to be built for RRPK.

The trawler will have a length of 108.2 metres, a beam of 21 metres, a draught of 8.35 metres, a deadweight of 5,700 tonnes, a total freezer hold capacity of 5,500 cubic metres, and accommodations for 139 crew and fish processing technicians.
