Fiskebas Fishing of Shetland, UK, and Spain's Zamakona Yards have entered into an agreement for the construction of a new midwater pelagic trawler.

The Skipsteknisk-designed vessel will replace the 2004-built Atlantic II. It will have a length of 69.6 metres and space for 14 crewmembers.

The trawler will be the second Skipsteknisk vessel in the Fiskebas fleet.
