Senjahopen fisherman takes delivery of GOT Skogsøy seiner

Tommy Andre Nilsen of Senjahopen, Norway, recently took delivery of a new seine netter from GOT Skogsøy, a subsidiary of Global Ocean Technology (GOT).

Designed by Oslo-based Naval Dynamics, the 20.99- by nine-metre newbuild was christened Ben Hur in a ceremony at Senjahopen on Saturday, February 15.

The seiner will be used to fish for cod, haddock, and pollock in the waters of northern Norway.
