Naval Consult awarded seiner design contract

Norway's Naval Consult has been awarded a contract to design a new seiner for local fishing company Arnøytind.

The vessel will have an LOA of 50.24 metres, a beam of 12 metres, an RSW tank capacity of 499 cubic metres, and accommodations for 10 crew in a mix of single and two-person berths.

Construction of the vessel will take place at the facilities of Stadyard, Naval Consult's sister company under the Måløy Maritime Group.
