Cruise ship Viking Venus floated out

Viking Venus, the seventh ocean cruise ship in a series ordered by shipowner Viking Cruises from Italian builder Fincantieri, was floated out at the latter's Ancona shipyard on Thursday, June 11.

Once completed, the vessel will have 465 cabins capable of accommodating 930 guests.

Viking Venus will soon after begin undergoing fitting out. Delivery is scheduled for 2021.
