Kim Heng, Mansam ink MOU on cooperation for offshore projects

Singapore-based offshore services provider Kim Heng, through wholly owned subsidiary Kim Heng Marine and Oilfield (KHMO), has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Australia-headquartered the Mansam Group to cooperate in relation to offshore wind farm projects and other offshore projects.

Pursuant to the MOU, it shall remain in force unless terminated by either KHMO or Mansam by providing three months' notice to the other party.

Mansam is a specialist subcontractor company with expertise in the subsea pipelines trenching, cables trenching, subsea/offshore cables installation, flexible and umbilical installation, nearshore pipelines installation, and pipelines pre-commissioning services.

Kim Heng will provide the necessary updates as and when there are material developments to the MOU and/or execution of a definitive agreement. None of the directors, controlling shareholders, or substantial shareholders of the company or their
respective associates has any interest, direct or indirect, in the MOU, save for their respective shareholdings in the company, if any.
