Australian companies Global Energy Ventures (GEV) and Pacific Hydro Australia Developments have entered into a four-year memorandum of understanding (MOU) to explore opportunities regarding the production, storage, loading, and transport of green hydrogen produced by the latter's Ord Hydrogen Project in Lake Argyle, Western Australia.
Among the terms of the MOU is the development of a hydrogen-carrying vessel that will utilise a proprietary design developed by GEV.
The partners aim to be able to export hydrogen to Asian markets.
