If you happen to be voyaging around the north Atlantic and the western Mediterranean and, most particularly, in the British Isles, it is hard to go past.
Almost everything imaginable on references, regulations, navigation, communications, weather, safety, first aid, tides, and harbours and coasts in that part of the world is in there. A really useful "one stop shop" for the navigator.
It even includes some interesting advertisements!
