Russia's Zvezda Shipbuilding Complex has cut the first steel for an Aframax tanker ordered from the company by local operator Rosnefteflot.
The vessel is the fourth of a planned 10 ships in a series ordered by Rosnefteflot and will be one of the first Aframax oil tankers to be built in Russia.
The tanker will measure 250 by 44 metres and will have a deadweight of 114,000 tonnes once completed.
