U-Ming Marine Transport Corporation of Taiwan formally named its newest Post-Panamax bulk carrier in a virtual ceremony on Wednesday, March 9.
Cemtex Excellence measures 235 by 40 metres and has a deadweight of 99,990 tonnes. It is the first in a new series of Post-Panamax vessels built for U-Ming by Japan's Oshima Shipbuilding.
The ship is scheduled to be launched before the end of March.
