Diana Shipping, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a time charter contract with Cargill International of Geneva for one of its Post-Panamax dry bulk vessels, the 93,193DWT Alcmene.
The time charter is for a period of about 13 months to maximum 15 months.
The charter commenced on Thursday, April 2.
