Diana Shipping, through a separate wholly owned subsidiary, has commenced a new time charter with Phaethon International Company of Switzerland.
The vessel that will serve the charter is Oceanis, a 75,211DWT bulk carrier built in 2001.
The charter commenced on Thursday, January 9, and has a minimum period of 12 months and a maximum period of 14 months.
