Icelandic builder Rafnar has unveiled a new series of rigid inflatable boat (RIB).
At 14 metres in length, the RIBs will be the largest in the Rafnar line. Each will have an aft working deck and two 588kW engines that will deliver a maximum speed in excess of 30 knots.
The boats may be used in search and rescue (SAR), dive support, sea towing, and maritime security operations.
