The Qatari Coast Guard has ordered an additional nine vessels from BMT and Turkey's Ares Shipyard.
The new order covers three 48-metre Ares offshore patrol vessels (OPV) and six 24-metre special operations support and fast attack craft.
All of the vessels are expected to be delivered by the end of 2020.
It follows a 2014 order from the same parties for 17 patrol boats.
Ares completed sea trials for the first of two 48-metre vessels in February.
