A fast patrol boat built for the Philippine Coast Guard has been loaded by its French builder, OCEA, and is ready for delivery.
Panglao is 24 metres long, has a maximum speed of 28 knots and can accommodate a crew of 12.
The vessel will be utilised for numerous missions, including coastal patrol in territorial and exclusive economic zone waters, surveillance operations, fishing surveillance operations, fighting against smuggling and illegal immigration, search and rescue operations, natural disaster management and control of vessels at sea.
