Russian Navy to receive nine new hydrographic ships

Russia's TASS news agency reports that the country's navy is slated to receive nine newbuild hydrographic vessels.

The Ministry of Defence has confirmed that two Project 19910 56-metre vessels, two Project 23040G 33-metre vessels, two Project 19920 36-metre vessels, and three Project 23370G 21-metre vessels will be delivered to the navy by 2021.

The two Project 19910 vessels are currently under construction and will be the first to join the fleet during the 2019-2020 timeframe.
