Japan's Kegoya Dock has floated out the second of two ferries in a series ordered by Philippines-based Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corporation (CLC).
As with sister vessel Trans-Asia 20, which was delivered to CLC subsidiary Trans-Asia Shipping Lines (TASLI) in November 2019, Starlite Venus will have a length of 98 metres and capacity for 740 passengers and 28 vehicles once completed.
The vessel is scheduled to be delivered to CLC subsidiary Starlite Ferries in April 2020.
