Silversea has unveiled plans for its first-ever ship lengthening, to take place early next year at the Palermo shipyard of Fincantieri.
Starting in early March, Silver Spirit will be lengthened by inserting a prebuilt 15-metre-long midsection equating to 34 additional suites. Technical upgrades will also be implemented.
The ship's extensive redesign takes its inspiration from the line's new flagship, Silver Muse, and will incorporate new dining spaces and upgraded interior design elements.
