Singapore-based Ultra Deep Solutions has announced its multipurpose diving support and construction vessel (DCSV) Andy Warhol has been chartered for five years.
Chief Executive Officer Shel Hutton said the 103.5-metre Andy Warhol would work in the Middle East, India and Far East.
Accommodating up to 120 personnel, the 4,000DWT vessel with a Flash Tekk 18-man diving system (up to 3,000 metres) and 23-metre beam has an 800-square-metre clear deck space.
The DNV-GL classed ship will be fitted with a work-class remotely operated vehicles (WROV) from FMC/Schilling.
It comes with FiFi 3 firefighting capacity, a full oil recovery system and a 150-tonne AHC offshore crane with a single fall up to 3,000 metres water depth.
Andy Warhol comes with an offset moon pool for divers aged 55 and over.
She is scheduled for a delivery in the fourth quarter of 2018.
