PSA Marine of Singapore and Taiwan's Ta Tong Marine Group have formed a new joint venture company, Ventus Marine, to service a long-term contract awarded by Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy for the Formosa 1 offshore wind farm in Taiwan.
The charter commenced in early November 2019 and is served by the 26-metre, 12-passenger crewboat Ventus Beigang.
UK-based crew transfer specialist Njord Offshore will provide vessel management support for Ventus Marine during the charter period.
