Singapore-based PSA Marine has completed the 100 per cent acquisition of Tramarsa Flota and its subsidiaries from Peru's Grupo Romero.
Headquartered in Lima, Tramarsa Flota is a port services company that operates a 45-strong fleet of towage, pilotage, launch boat, and offshore service vessels.
The acquisition also covers Tramarsa Flota's operations in 10 major ports along the Peruvian coastline.
