Singapore-based Kim Heng Offshore and Marine Holdings, through wholly owned subsidiary Kim Heng Marine and Oilfield (KHMO), has formed a new joint venture company with Taiwanese firm Lian Hao.
The new company, Bridgewater Marine Taiwan, will provide chartered vessel services for Taiwanese offshore wind farm operators.
KHMO and Lian Hao's ownership of Bridgewater is at 49 and 51 per cent, respectively.
