The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation has awarded BOA long-term charter contracts for the anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels BOA Bison (pictured) and BOA Jarl.
The two hired vessels will be utilised by the Royal Norwegian Navy to augment its own oceangoing tug emergency response fleet beginning on January 1, 2020.
The duration of the agreement is five years with an option to extend for another five years.
