Icelandic design firm Skipasýn has unveiled images of a new factory trawler ordered by local fishing company Nesfiskur.
The trawler will be the second vessel in the Nesfiskur fleet to bear the name Baldvin Njálsson. It will have a length of 66 metres, a fishroom capacity of 1,720 cubic metres, a processing deck area of 580 square metres, and a bollard pull of 67 tonnes.
As with Nesfiskur's earlier Baldvin Njálsson, the new vessel will be built by Armon Shipyard of Spain.
Delivery is scheduled for late 2021.
