United Shipbuilding Corporation's (USC) Yantar Baltic Shipbuilding Plant has signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with Feniks Fishing Company with the intent of building a new series of five crab boats.
The MOA stipulates that the vessels are to be built in Kaliningrad and will replace older crab boats in the Feniks fishing fleet.
The final decision on the construction of the vessels will be made no later than December 31, 2020, USC confirmed in a statement dated May 14.
