The Sydney Fish Market (SFM) has been named the Supplier of the Year at the 2009 Restaurant & Catering NSW Metropolitan Awards for Excellence on Monday, September 28, 2009.
The Supplier of the Year award recognises quality and consistent service to the restaurant and catering industry.
Suppliers were nominated for the award by Restaurant and Catering NSW members and voted for by the organisation's committee.

Restaurant and Catering NSW," Louise Nock, Marketing and Communications Manager at Sydney Fish Market, said.
