Poseidon Sea Pilots of Queensland, Australia, has taken delivery of a new pilot boat from local boat builder Norman R. Wright and Sons.
Timbin is the first in a series of two boats ordered by Poseidon from the same builder. Construction is underway on the second vessel, which is scheduled for launching early next year.
The new boat has a length of 15 metres and is powered by two Scania DI13 engines.
Timbin was delivered to its new owners shortly after the completion of final sea trials in late November.
